I am in the process of applying for the HSMP (under 28 ) and have read through the HSMP internal Caseworker Guidance, and there are descriptions of criterias for doctors and IT industry occupations.
1. I was wondering whether are there any information or tips of how to write the work experience letter for an architect (trying to claim 4 years of graduate level work experience). I am a bit lost and want to try to make my application as informative as possible to the caseworker and reduce my chances of getting my application refused/rejected.
2. What would the caseworker be looking for in my graduate work experience category if they are not familiar with my industry (architecture)?
3.I was thinking of providing my university course syllabus showing what I studied/ gained at university and linking that to my graduate work experience? Is this advisable?
4. Since the HSMP require almost all evidence supplied to be original, is it advisable to provide copies of my university course unit outlines (it is downloaded from the internet)? These will be used as backup evidence for the skills and knowledge gained at university that have helped me to get employed as a graduate?
5. Does job adverts (in the internet) and job forecasts (from recruitment agency websites) downloaded or printed, need to be original/ authenticated by the source, or can it be print copies?
6. I know in the HSMP application they do not ask for my financial status (ie savings, shares or property owned), do I need to provide this in my application, or this is not necessary?
Advise and tips from moderators and people with experience in these areas would be greatly appreciated?
