problem with Tier1 Extension as salary is not sufficient

Post by coolboy01 » Thu Mar 17, 2011 11:00 pm

For tier1 general visa extension one need to show certain amount of salary for consecutive 12 months to home office.
For ex-
If one need to show 50K salary, However if there is an shortage in salary and say one can only show 46K as real salary then, Is there a way to resolve this problem? I mean can it be possible to show extra 4k salary?

Many Thanks for reply.
Doing any part time job is really difficult for me as unfortunately there is shortage of time for me....do you suggest if there can be other option to show extra 4K per anum?

Second job and / or self-employment (in addition to your existing job).
No option(s) other than these!.

The only option is being able to show earnings for that extra £4000. Now whether is through a part time job or self-employment or even a consulting contract is upto you.

But the earnings have to be verifiable from two different sources - i.e. employer/client/accountant and bank statements.
Please do not send me any Private Messages as I do not check these.
