Any Changes for newly born baby visa inside UK?

Dear Sushmehta and push please highlight is there any changes for newly born baby of Tier 1 general Applicant after April 2011 or still its the same old,My Frd is applying for his son he is applying At PEO and presenting docs as below,
PBS dependent Form
90 Days funds statement
birth certificates of baby
marriage certificate
Copies of parents passport.

No pay slips or any P60,so if he needs to send please inform?Also if he needs to take any other docs please advise.Thanks
