Lawyer Required for HSMP

Post by sam » Sat Apr 15, 2006 8:53 pm

Dear Friend, I am planning to apply for hsmp for uk, so please suggest me for any economical uk based lawyer or consultant who can be usefull for my case. my first case has been refused because HOME OFFICE did not award me experience points due to un-correct experience certificate.

whereas they award me education points, earning points.

Please suggest.

.... that is if you're absolutely unclear about the hsmp guidelines (but a diligent review of postings on this forum should help). Some immigration consultants are simply worse than you could possibly imagine.

Go through this forum and then, re-evaluate your need of a consultant.

I tend to agree with that. This forum does have all the neccessary information plus the guidance notes are explicit and clear enough.
