Please doublecheck my Tier 1 extension docs

I'm applying for a Tier 1 General extension by post. Us two - me and my wife as a dependant.

My docs are:

1. 3 passports
   main form + 2 photos
   dependant form + 2 photos
   12 pay slips
   personal bank statements covering 12 moths and the same statements for maintenance funds
   marriage certificate + translation into English + apostille + embassy stamp + gas bill stating two names just in cae
   2 police certificates
   cover letter
   points break down PDF from website calculator

Points:
age 20, as I was 26 y.o. at the moment I applied for HSMP in 2008
qualification 30, bachelors / specialist diploma
earnings 25
UK experience 5
=== total 80, though i need 75, because my current visa received in 2009

I'm sending: for Age - passport, Qualification - provided earlier in initial application, English - provided earlier in initial application.

1. Is all seems OK to you?

2. Has anyone used Special Delivery - should I sent to postal address with PO box or courier address rather?
The thing is my bank statement is about 28 days old and it will be one month in couple of days so I really need to post that tomorrow. AFAIR bank statement docs should be not older than 1 month.

Hi ,

This looks OK , just wondering whether we need to provide the following :

Gas bill stating two names just in case
2 police certificates

But no harm if you attach the above .

Please make sure that the application form are signed , sometimes we miss the minor points.

Sent it to postal address with PO box.

Thanks for the answer. Actually I have just posted it to postal address.

I had to include police certificates as I am a national of one of these dodgy countries when you come into UK you need to register in police for several times.
