Questions on Dependant (Tier 1 General)

1) How much is the current fee for dependants applying from India?

2) My Tier 1 is valid until Dec 2012. Will my dependant's visa be until Dec 2012 only?

3) What is the current fee structure for extension of Tier 1(from UK) for Main applicant and dependants?
