Tier 1 Extension- some queries

1. Shall I highlight the salary in bank statment by highlighter or just by pencil mark. Which is better?
2. I have same bank for salary and maintainance fund, Shall I submit just one bank statement for them(or seperate for salary details and maintainance fund)
3. For previous earning- do we required to provide Bank Contact Details as well?
