Hi,
I am working as a contractor and went for Tier-1 extension on 17th June at PEO, Croydon.
I submitted following documents to claim for earnings.
1. Payslips
2. Dividend vouchers
3. Personal bank statements
4. Accountant letter confirming the earnings
Case worker asked me if I am owning the limited company and I said, Yes. She looked at the payslips, dividend vouchers and checked the amounts on personal bank statements.
She then went inside and spent nearly one hour there discussing with their seniors and then told me that she can't decide my case immediately and I need to sumbit extra documents.
Here is the letter I got from the case worker.

I got only three days of time to send all the above documents to sheffield and I sent with in the time. It has been five weeks now but still no communication from them.
My visa is going to expire on July 30th and Negative thinking started builing up in the mind. Getting a bit tensed. I have seen some of the cases like this in this forum and found that they got the result with in 2 to 3 weeks. I checked with my clients and found that they haven't got any verification so far.
Is any one else with the similar situation?
