Acknowledgement of Appeal not yet received !

Hello,

I have submitted appeal for my new born daughter's against visa rejection for unnecessary reason. The courier i sent was received my BHC, New Delhi on 2nd August but I haven't yet received any acknowledgement for the same that they had received and sending email at customer.service@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk resulted in no information in there Database for this appeal. I sent Email to Visqry.Newdelhi@fco.gov.uk also, but the auto reply says they will take upto 20 working days to resolve or reply the question I raised.
Can anyone suggest what to do and whom to approach as time is already flying?
Appreciate any pointers.
