Tier 1 extension with 2 jobs in last 12 months

Hi,

I am changing my current job and taking a new job in UK.
My initial Tier1 Visa is valid from July 2010 to July 2012. So when I apply for extension next year, my previous 12 months salary will be paid by 2 different employers. Does this have any complications in the extension?

Please help, I am about to resign from my current company, just wanted to clear this thig.
