Tier 1 extension latest when can we put application.

Hi,

It will be of great assistance if I could get some suggestions on Tier 1 extension.

I got my tier1 issues on 10th July 2010 and is valid till 10th July 2012. I will be 29years and 3 months of age at the time of application for extension.

My first entry to UK happened on 23 August 2011 and I am working at a basic salary of 42 k .
On a salary of 42k I would be able to earn 35k in 10 months which is required by me to get the minimum points to get my extension.

There are a few confusions that I have for which I need help in form of suggestions.

Can I apply for my tier 1 extension on 4th July 2012 if my last day of Tier 1 validity is 10th July 2012.
Can I apply at all for tier 2 extension if I have salary slips only for 10 months in UK but I am meeting the points for amount earned in UK.
To claim 5 points against UK experience is it necessary to work here for 12 months or it’s just that the amount earned should be more than 25k.

As most of the immigrant workforce I want to stay back in UK market the longer I can stay. Any other suggestions like consultancies who can offer a tier 2 or any other way which leads to my extension of stay in legal manner will be of great help.

I wanted to undestand that once the ukba comes with a negative response in case, then will I get any grace period to pack my stuff leave the country.

Will my capability not to show full 12 months earning will make me un eligible to apply for extension.
