Post by dev21 » Sun Sep 18, 2011 8:56 am

Hi Guys,

Iam very confused about the new rules for Dependent visa, i hope you all guide me in this.

Coming to my query, I want to know is there any switching of Tier 1 (psw) to Tier1 general dependent visa with in UK,. My wife is on Tier1 PSW due on oct 2011, and iam on tier1 general due on sep 2012, can she apply to tier1 dependent from UK. If so please tell me which form is used.
