Dependant VISA Query related to Bank Statement

Hi folks,
I am planning to apply dependant VISA for my partner. Every month my banks statement generates till 24th. I am planning to apply in VFS office 17th of next month. There are 23 days gap between bank statement and my submitting the documents.
Is there any particular period where we need to submit the bank statement? Please let me know.
