Has the finger prints been taken - GM Tier 1?

Hello,

here I am with another query...

I applied for my General Migrant Tier 1 visa, in Hyderabad India - Dec 2008 - in the VFS office. I cannot seem to remember whether they had taken my finger prints during that process.

What should I fill in for the question in the tier 1 extension application - Section 2 B5 - "Have you had your fingerprints taken as part of previous UK immigration application made in UK or abroad"

Pls help

Biometrics/fingerprints are taken only for in-country extensions, so u can safely say no to that

I had my fingerprints taken at Mumbai VFS in Jan 2009 during my initial T1 application. Most likely you had yours taken too. I'm surprised you don't remember!!
