Tier 1 visa extension

Hi
I am going to apply for my Tier 1 visa extension along with my wife.

My wife's dependent visa was rejected earlier that later on allowed on Appeal hearing.

My question is: Do i need to mention her wrong rejection in my extension application?

For the question on application form whether you have been refused visa, you can answer no but provide an explanation on separate sheet or covering letter, that way you wont be hiding anything
