complex situation regarding past employer on VAF1

My friend has recently got HSMP approval letter and now planning for EC.

While filling visa application form, confusion is regarding Section 6 of VAF1 form. He left his last job 3 months before and currently is free. Expert opinon is required: What should be written on following sections on VAF1 form.

6.1 Present job and employer
6.2 When did you start this job
6.3 Work address
6.4 Employer phone number
6.5 Fax number of employer
6.6 Email address of employer
6.7 Earning from job
