Tier 1 Extension Form

Dear all

Does the application need to be sent in full i.e. all 62 pages or do we only need to send the sections of the form only?

Also, only section 1 discusses about using the black ink and block capitals to fill the section 1, I believe rest of the form to be filled in black and block letters????

you can remove pages that only have instructions but keep pages that you have nothing to fill in, rest of the form should be in black ink but not in block capitals
