Hi all,

I have my visa due for extension in early 2012. I have a Personal loan through Lloyds on which the DD for EMI are reflecting in Bank statements and salary gets credited in the same account, my question is

1. Will this effect my application for extension in case if i submit Lloyds statements
2. I have a joint account with my wife in ICICI bank UK, can I show my earnings and maintenance of funds in this account, but I am the secondary account holder.
3. Does UKBA accept ICICI bank UK statements with regards to funds maintenance and earnings.

1. Will this effect my application for extension in case if i submit Lloyds statements - NO. I have a personal Loan (Mortgage but appears as "Personal loan with RBS)) worth over £150k. The instalments come out of my current account which I am going to use for salary and maintenance funds. This will not be a problem.
2. I have a joint account with my wife in ICICI bank UK, can I show my earnings and maintenance of funds in this account, but I am the secondary account holder. - Yes. As long as the salary do go in this account, this should not be a problem either
3. Does UKBA accept ICICI bank UK statements with regards to funds maintenance and earnings. - ICICI, is as far as I know, FSA regulated in the UK. IF you suffice the requirements, there should not be any problems with this either
