Dependent settlement while Main applicant settlement still in process

Hi Guys,

Could you please answer my question.

Can a Tier 1 dependent applicant apply for settlement while the Main applicant settlement application is still in process.

Earlier the dependent couldn't apply along with the main applicant because dependent was short on number of days of required period of stay ( Didn't complete 5 years at that time).

But now they have completed the required period, can they now make settlement application while the main applicant settlement application is still in process.

A tier 1 dependent cannot apply for ILR independently from the main tier 1 migrant. The dependents ILR app will be put on hold pending the outcome of the main tier 1 ILR application.

If the main applicants ILR fails, the dependents ILR will also fail.
