TRV refused because of criminal record.

Hi! I applied for TRV+LMO, i have a job offer from canadian employer. But 2 years ago I was charged for driving under alcohol, so I was refused. I'd like to apply again attaching letters of reference and other proofs that I'm not a criminal. How do you think are there any chance to get a visa? thanks in advance for the answer.

By the way if the commited crime is taken into consideration due to the canadian law, than having 0,26mg of alcohol should not be a crime . Because Canada allows to have 0,36mg/l of alcohol. How do you think can this be used as an argument when applying again??

Did you get an ACPO certificate? You'll need to look up when it will be stepped down.
