How to prove our relationship for commpn law partner?

Hi,

I'm going to Canada as a student for a year and will be living with him. Our problem is now he is living in a hotel in Toronto which I couldn't register the name when checking in since hotel is paid by his company. With this condition, how can we prove that we live together for a year since we will have just joined account, creditc card, cell phone bill or some other bills together but not for a house.
