UK Police Caution. Is it a problem for canadian immigration?

I live and work in the UK and am plaiing to apply for canadian immigration under the "Skilled workers and professionals" category.

Unfortunately, I have a UK police caution which was given after I had a fight with a family member and police was called.

I have double checked and this is not a conviction.

Will this cause a problem with my canadian immigration application?

Apart from this I do not have any police records (criminal or otherswise) in any other country.

Any comments or help will be greatly appreciated.
