Can anyone help me please I want to join my father in ontario and wondered if I qualify to be sonsoerd by him I am 36 and british he is a british born retired canadian citizen with a wife and a non dependant son who is also married. I am currently going through a divorce which will be settled very soon. If he can sponsor me will we be able to apply while I'm in canada or only from the u.k?. please Help.

Hey I would like to know this too. From the Canada immigration website, I read that only dependant children who are 22 years old and under can be sponsored in the family class. I am 26 and wondering if my father can sponsor me. After reading this information I am pretty doubtful that our fathers will be able to sponsor us as we are too old.
