family greencard question

family greencard question

I am from alabama and my wife is from the UK, and we live in the uk her green card is easy to get, but she wants to get her parents green cards too. if i get my wife her green card from here in the uk can she then turn around and get her parents green cards from here or do we have to be living in teh usa before she can apply for her parents? if so how long?

she can't apply for her parents until she got her u.s citizenship,she needs to live in the united states for minimum 3-4 years to get her citizenship.
