H1 filing with more than one employer in the same time

Hello,

Could any one clarify me regarding the below issue.
One of my friends wants to apply for H1 with two employers.Is there
any harm in attending visa.

He got a query twice already last year when he attended with different
employer.Please do suggest about this.
