Hello,

My daughters passport due to renewal, we had received her passport at the age of 3, In the website it says it needs Affidavit as her appearance might changed now.

Question is, Do i need to make affidavit even her appearance has not changed much to apply for renewal passport?

Can i make Affidavit in Embassy itself?

Any help on this is really appreciated.
