OCI- Application Online

Hi All,
I am trying to apply OCI application but it seems the server of HCI is not working.
The link mentions on the site:
http://mha.nic.in/uniquepage.asp?Id_Pk=553
is not working.

Does anyone has/had similar issue, as I have been trying since last Friday?

Is there any other link?

Please advise.
