OCI to and signature

I am having problems uploading my photo and signature on the online application.

What does this mean and how I can do it?
Req minimum dimensions[w x h] : [200 x 200]
Req maximum dimensions[w x h] : [900 x 900]

You need to scan your signature and resize it to the recommended dimensions.
For my signature I used 900 pixels wide x 300 pixels tall.

You also need to take a photo image file and resize it to the recommended dimensions.
For my photo I used 900 pixels wide x 900 pixels tall.

For creating the photos I recommend Paint.NET on Windows. On the Mac you can use PixelMator, it's not free but there's a 30 day trial.
