OCI Application : Spouse name mis-match

Hi,

I recently got my British Citizenship and my British Passport and have surrendered my Indian Passport.
I am now applying for India OCI. In the application the form is asking for my Spouse's name.

The way my Spouse's name has been written in my final surrendered Indian passport and our Marriage Certificate is WITH his middle name.
But the way its written in his own final surrendered Indian passport and his British Passport is WITHOUT his middle name.

How do I tackle this? Do I fill-in his name WITH or WITHOUT the middle name? Are there any additional cover letters or affidavits that may be needed?
