***INDIA E-visa URGENT***

Dear Members,

I have expired indian passport and got UK citizenship on 3rd of July and passport on 19th

Can I apply for INDIAN passport surrender and then e-visa afterwards for india without renounciation of Indian citizenship and apply for renounciation afterwards?

My indian passport has already expired in Nov-23

I do not want to get fined for travel and planning to apply for OCI on return to uk.

Thank you Sathuauk. I think website crashed when I was about to upload passport and I proceeded with payment.

I have sent them the copy separately on the same email. I hope visa will not be refused.

I have emailed them and their reply was as follows:

"Dear Applicant,

Your application is in process, please wait for the confirmation. The confirmation email will be sent to the registered email id."

I think I messed it up, Any input on this?

You don't need to upload passport, just give your passport details

It was issued and we had great trip in india

I applied 5 year visa. Also need to apply OCI now.
