Dual Citizenship SA & UK - Visa problem?

I have a South African passport and British passport. I used to leave South Africa with the SA passport and then show my British when in the UK. Now with the new visa regulations for SA passport holders I am a bit concerned that I may have a problem at the airport. Any advice?

Problem with UK or SA authorities?

If entering/exiting the UK on a UK PP, the fact that you also hold an SA one would be irrelevant to UK authorities.
