Indian Visa Query? Pelease Advise...

Hi,

I understand that to get OCI card it will take 3 months process.

Meanwhile can anyone suggest which Indian Visa shall i take as I travel twice in year to see my parents [multiple entry]?

Tourist visa or Long term entry visa.
