UK Visit visa Query

Hi all,
I applied for mother UK Family visit visa from chennai,India on 19th April.It been seven days i havent heard anything from them except saying "Visa under process".Did anybody recently applied and got thru in a week.Just want to know whats the time line these days.The site says only about february.
