Replacement Bio Replacement visa

Hi

I have lost my tier 1 bio visa card. I am about to start the process to get a replacement one.

Q 1.. How long does it takes to get a replacement one ?

Q2... If i need to travel whilst my Bio visa is lost and having reported it to the police, what should i do?

What is "Tier 1 bio visa card"?
