Hi,

Friend of mine has sattled in UK(got PR), he owns business of construction and wants to start another new business now he wants to ofeer me 50% of partnership for that new business, as being business partner can I get any kind of UK visa to get there ?

If you are prepared to invest 200K into that business, you may apply for a Tier 1 (ent) visa. Otherwise, merely having a business in the UK gives you no rights of residence.
