Hi,

Can you please advice if possible on the following. Me and wife and baby are on tier 1 valid till feb 2013. However I am eligible for ILR in October. I was planning to apply for ILR for myself and my wife only.

If approved does that mean my daughter qualifies for Uk passport OR do I wait till October 2013 get my citizenship and then apply for her passport.

Any help would be much appreciated. Apologies if this was posted elsewhere as I tried my best to avoid duplication.
