PEO appointment help

Hi guys, please can someone kindly work me through how to book a PEO appointment. I've searched all over the site: https://apply.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/iapply.portal

and simple can not find the link for booking the appointments. Do I have to complete the application online first to see it?
