Need Advice On Flr M Finances pre July 2012

Dear All

I received my ILR last week after 8.5 months wait . Now i want to apply for extension of wife's visa through FLR M.

My wife joined me in 2009 when i was on Tier 4 visa then i switched to PSW visa. She extended her visa all the time with me.

My question is that do we need to show 18600 salary for FLR M, or pre 9th July rules applies on us and we do not need to meet these financial requirement?
