New Born PBS Dependent online form Help

Hi - I am Indian national currently on Tier 2 General visa. I am filling up online PBS dependent form for my child born in UK on Indian Passport.

I need help on the below two question which option to select for child born in UK for PBS Dependent visa online form :

a ) What is your current immigration status?

Options :

1. I have leave to enter/ remain for a limited period
2.I am an EU national/Family member of an EU national
3.I am exempt from Control
4.I have leave to enter/ remain fora limited period, but this has now expired
5. None of the above.


b ) What is your current or last grant of leave?

Options :

1. The partner of a relevant Points Based System Migrant

2. The partner of a person with leave under another category
The partner of a person with leave under another category who has separately been granted, or applied for, leave to remain as a relevant Points Based System migrant

3. The child of a parent with leave in a specified category

4. Other
