any body please tell me

Post by mkd1234 » Tue Aug 27, 2013 1:18 pm

Hello,

Can any body answer me from which day exactly the 10 days time to lodge the apeal starts? Is it the day the refuse letter issues or is it from the day we actually receive the letter. Please answer me asap. Possibly if vinny, rehan or some other senior member or moderator could answer this.

Date of receipt of refusal.

If required,
Keep the envelope with the postmark on it. Or, if received by recorded / special delivery / delivery requiring signature, get a proof of delivery.

Really ..... I have my refusal received on 16th of august , is this mean my time to lodge the sppeal is over? I havent got any right of appeal anyway because of ukba's mistake. What should I do now? Cos I ve heard whatever I have to do has to be done with in these 10 days. Could you plzzzz advise me what to do now.

I stand corrected, it is indeed 10 working days!!
Time limits for submitting an appeal wrote:Your appeal form must reach us:
- if you are in detention - within 5 working days from the day you received the notice of decision; or
- if you are not in detention - within 10 working days from the day you received the notice of decision
Apologies!
