Apply UK ILR with a criminal record

Hello Everyone!

I kindly ask for your help regarding the above topic.

I got involved in a fight with a gang of boys. I was arrest for ABH and carrying a weapon.

I am currently on unconditional bail. I have my first hearing next month. My UK spouse visa also expires next month.

Will my application be refused if I apply for ILR? Or is this case for when applying for British citizen?

Anyone that can help will be greatly appreciated.
