Hi there,
I have been in the UK as a student for almost three years.
In the beginning of this Year I got married to Bulgarian who is an ECAA visa holder.
will it be possible to switch my current student visa to a "marriage" one without leaving the UK(I am Ukrainian)?since it is extremely demanding to get all the paperwork done in Kyiv.My husband will apply for ILR next april.
can anyone advise?
