Immigration health surcharge refund

Hi
Does anyone know how to claim a refund from IHS and made 2 payments
already. I havent use the 1st payment due to lack of documents and i made a new application for my daughter. And ive paid again the visa application and IHS. All this application is outside UK.
Can anyone help me please because im losing a lot of money. Thank you

I need help . My mother is 77 years old , it's been a whole year now when my father passed away in uk . He's also buried here and my mother has also bought a grave next to his. We are 4 sisters all living abroad and my mother wand to settle with me and my family in uk . I applied for her extension under compassionate ground but just recently her application got refused. I am appealing against it . Want to know if it's worth hiring a barrister to fight my case ... Please someone advise me .. I am desperate . I can send her back to Pakistan . She takes baby steps , mobility is very weak and has started forgetting a lot.. I can afford to keep her with me with any resource to public funds

My mother surcharge fee has been refunded back.

There are so many people telling me to apply under the Ireland law but there's no point . I cannot go there as I work in London . My children go to school . It's not fare on the for me to leave everything and go there. I am an honest person . I just want her to stay with me . She cannot cook, clean, live on her own . I can afford for everything back for her but there's no one to supervisor her finances back home. I need advise. I just have to appeal under human rights .?

Hello there, I have paid £1000 pound for my Healthsurcharge but my visa has been refused now I am already back to my country it's been more than 7 months my visa has refused. Still, I did not receive my Health Surcharge back . I had tried to contact them by email but I am not getting any positive response. Is there any way I can contact regarding this also to get my refund to my country ?
