Sponsoring biological child for visit visa

Hi

I would like help please. My situation is I have a daughter now 13yrs old, she was born in the U.K and lived here till she was 2 then moved back to South Africa with her mother so I haven't seen her for over 11yrs. I am currently on DL and due to apply for indefinate next year. I have maintained contact with my daughter throughout and support her financially as well. She now has two half brothers here whom she hasn't met yet. She lives with her mother and step father in South Africa and two half brothers as well. She is starting year 8 in January 2017 at a private school in South Africa which I have already paid 1st term fees.
I would like to sponsor my daughter for a long term multiple entry visitors visa so she can be able to visit at least once a year during school holidays starting this coming Christmas so that we can maintain a physical connection and she and her brothers get to know each other.
I am in full time employment as a Signalling Engineer earning over £48K per annum. She has a full UK birth certificate with my name as the father as well.

Please assist anyone.
