visitor visa for father,Mother and learning difficult child

Post by mohanuk13 » Fri Jan 13, 2017 11:15 pm

Hi Guys

Please I need your advice

I want to call my father-in-law , mother-in-law and their child whom has learning difficulties for my second child's 1st birthday. I heard stories that calling all three of them here is a Big NO NO.The reason I want to call them here is because, In 2012 We went to Sri Lanka for my son's 2 birthday and went through nightmare and hell with him as he started getting rash and diarrhea 9 times a day. therefore we had to bring him back to UK within 8 days of being there. All those 8 days we were just going to hospital. Now this is the main reason we are calling them for here for the first birthday. I still have the letter from the Sri lankan hospital regarding my son's rash(I had to bring this letter for the UK GP Surgery).

any advice is appreciated.

Thank you

What is your immigration status and that of your immediate family (you, your wife and all children) in the UK?

Thanks Simon

I have been here nearly 30 years (British citizen) and my wife is a British citizen too (spouse visa to ILR to citizen) and the children obviously born here and UK citizen.

Thanks
