I have applied for a Long term (2 years) visits visa for my mum, who lives and holds a permanent residence card in Denmark, I myself used to live there before moving here to the UK 3 years ago.
I have always applied for my mum to come visit, and she was always granted a shot term visa (6 Months) where she had just come to visit for a period of 10days out of the 6 months they granted her. so she always left on time and respected all the rules and all that stuff.
It has now been 12 non-working days since the application was given in, in the Bio-metric center in Copenhagen, and no sign of any passport or notifications from any office.
What could be the reason behind this delay? and who can we contact to find out more about her application?
