Report someone to Immigration

Post by Morgana2986 » Thu Jun 08, 2017 10:51 am

Hello there,

I would like to have an advise on the above. My husband's brother-in-law was refused ILR and he wasn't able to appeal, however, apparently, within a month time, he was able to apply to have the right to appeal and was also given the ILR ( not sure if this is a lie or not)! He was working during the time of his visa refusal, can I still report him to immigration?

Also, my husband's mum is threatening my husband (ps: I am a EU citizen and my husband is on a family permit) telling him that if he doesnt' sponsor her to come here (he wouldn't be able to anyway), she will do something bad! She has a visitor visa for 10 years, am I able to do something about it, report it at all do the Home office?

I would appreciate your reply.
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Morgana

I am also interested to know about this. However, for which country did you husband apply?
