UK Sponsor - Original Or Scan Documents from Pakistan

Hi,

Could someone reply on the basis of experience ;

From UK do i need to send original documents(salary slips,bank statements, bills, Tenancy agreement etc.) or Scanned copies are enough while they will apply from Pakistan their visit Visa.

Also both mom and dad need to book separate appointment ? if yes then do i need to send 2 set of each copy , although my mom is dad's dependent.

My parents applied through VFS in India and all supporting documents from my side were scanned and sent via email.
1 set was sufficient. 2 appointments were required and were booked in successive slots.
