Hi some advice needed please. I applied for a visit for my mother in law in Pakistan and I was the sponsor. It has been rejected on 2 points
Firstly, she is retired and receives a pension, her pension is not paid into a bank account and rather she collects it using a pension book. As evidence of finances we submitted a set of bank statements and the pension book. The bank statements hardly any transactions and the balance was low too as my mil uses cash for everything and receives her pension in cash too. They rejected on the basis that they don’t believe the statements show a true reflection of her finances. I thought the pension book would cover this as every time she withdraws the pension they stamp the book, but what else can we submit when we apply again to evidence this?
2nd failure point was on they weren’t satisfied she would return to home country as we didn’t evidence family ties. She has 2 daughters a son and husband who live with her in Pakistan and we mentioned this in the application and also submitted nadra family tree document as evidence. What else can we provide to evidence of this?
