Getting my PR

Post by danishkhai » Thu Oct 19, 2017 7:56 pm

My home country was Malaysia, born and lived there for 9 years. However, I moved to Russia due to my father's occupation. I lived there for 5 years, and then moved to England July 2013. I've been studying and finished my GCSE and A-level here. Currently taking a gap year, but already has a place in Uni starting September 2018. I held a diplomatic visa, and it expired 2019. I have lived here for more than 4 years and by July 2018 it will be 5 years.

With having that background and bits of an information about myself, is it possible for me to get a PR this year? As soon as possible because I would love to apply for student finance.

Would love a solution.

There is no provision in law under which you will qualify for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
